  3. I understand that this service will not be canceled unless I cancel it or unless the monthly fee charged to my credit card is declined for any reason.
  4. I agree that I am responsible for postage and handling charges incurred by my use of this service and I understand that postage and handling for my mail are payable in advance by credit card using the online payment form provided.
  5. I hereby agree to conduct my business in an honest and ethical manner.
  6. I agree to abide by provisions of the Postal Regulations and Swiss Mail Drop security.
  7. I understand that Swiss Mail Drop Services will not knowingly handle any illegal mailing through this re-mailing service and if this happens would turn information over to the Postal Inspectors if asked.
  8. I agree that Swiss Mail Drop Services is not responsible for any violations on my part and agree to reimburse them for any time and legal expense involved.
  9. I understand that upon termination of service or failure to pay the agreed fee in advance, Swiss Mail Drop Services shall have no responsibility to make my mail available without payment therefore.
  10. I understand that if I wish to receive any mail received for me after date of termination, I must provide Swiss Mail Drop Services with a forwarding address and pay the required fees for mail forwarding.
  11. In the event I fail to do this, Swiss Mail Drop Services shall refuse further mail, and in the case of mail already received, retain such mail for not more than thirty (30) days, after which is will be destroyed.
